We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on Learnerbag can be refunded within 30 days for only technical reasons like software and system compatibility. For whatever reason, if you don’t want the course, raise a refund request at firstname.lastname@example.org and only 50% of the fees will be refunded for genuine reasons because it’s a digital course and we can’t delete access. NO REFUND will be provided if the issue is not genuine and the problem is from customers end like system not Available. The refunded amonut will be processed within 24hours and it will take 3-5 working days to reflect in the bank account.
Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for wallet refunds. For more information, please see below.
